Located only 0.8 miles from the beach, our family-owned restaurant is a favorite for both locals and visitors. You can even catch a rocket launch from outside out doors while enjoying a delicious meal! Originally known as Sage Bistro, Jeff and Jeannine George took ownership in 2023. In May of 2025, we rebranded and reinvented the space to reflect our passion for food, family and community - creating a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome, from vacationers to NASA employees. We're proud to be home to our world-famous jumbo lump crab cakes, along with standout favorites like our bone-in pork chop, homemade lasagna, steaks, thoughtfully curated list of bourbons, tequilas, scotches, and martinis. Whether you're craving a great cocktail, a hearty dinner, or a quick bite with the family, you'll find affordable prices, exceptional service, and a friendly staff ready to serve you.
